How to Make an Appointment

Please reach out to your medical/ developmental support team to make an initial referral.  Patients are referred to us by physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists and workers. We do not take patients by self-referral. 

Patients are referred to us who live in our catchment area (Brantford, Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation).

If you have a referral that has been made to Grand River Pediatrics, Dr. Klein, or Dr. Oyefeso,  you will hear from us regarding the status of your referral shortly.

Follow Up Appointments

Plans for follow up are always on a case by case basis after the initial assessment visits.  While the initial appointment can only be referred by your medical/ developmental support team, parents can always contact us anytime after the initial visit (even years) without the need for a re-referral. We will listen to your concerns and help determine next steps.
